Chinese Herbal Formula 95% Effective for Food Allergies

As you may know, acupuncture and Chinese herbs are very effective at treating at seasonal allergies. Food allergies can also be relieved using TCM. According to a post on Acupuncture.com, a recent study showed a 95% effective rate for those who complained of a food allergy- 95%!
This was a small study (20 people) but there was a wide variety of variables. Participants' ages ranged from 6-67, the offending food was anything from shellfish to milk and symptoms reported were abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, asthma and even joint pain.
The participants were merely given a daily herbal prescription. According to the study, " a cure was defined as a complete disappearance of symptoms, a negative skin patch test, a lowering of IgE levels to normal, and the ability to eat the offending foods without presenting symptoms for up to one year. Fourteen out of twenty were considered CURED. Five patients improved and one patient did not improve. Improvement was defined as the disappearance of symptoms, lowering of IgE levels to normal, a positive skin patch test and some allergic symptoms after eating allergenic foods. Overall, there was a 95% effective rate."
