"Hello Ginger my old friend"

This post is going to be quick and simple friends.  Eating a daily dose of ginger, that amazing weird-looking thing in the produce section can reduce your pain levels by 35%. Combine that with acupuncture and other TCM techniques to reduce pain further. Acupuncture for back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and any other chronic pain conditions is easy, and so is eating ginger on the daily!
